If you are looking for a yummy, super quick slice for morning tea or if you have a bbq coming up, I have the perfect slice for you.
I first found this slice in the 4 Ingredient Cookbooks. Do you remember them? These books were a god send for me when the kids were little and I was not a confident cook.
20 years on, I would consider myself a better cook !
Anyhoo all you need is 4 ingredients and a microwave. And a bowl and a spoon also helps and a slice tray (I line mine with baking paper)

Start by crushing the biscuits. I do this the old fashion way of tipping them all into a plastic bag (or between 2 clean teatowels) and using my rolling pin I smash them up into crumbs. I love doing this, it is great for frustrations!
Then you add the butter, condensed milk (did you know that you can also now buy Oat condensed milk? I had no idea!! Not that I need it, or use Oat milk, I just thought it was fasinating ! )
and break up all the chocolate (leaving 2 pieces for yourself, that is important)and pop it into the microwave for 30secs. Stir, and add for another 30 seconds and stir. Keep going in 30 second intervals until all the ingredients mix together.
Now you add the crushed biscuits and stir them in
Then you pour your ingredients into your slice pan and if you feel fancy you can sprinkle coconut on top

Then you pop it into the fridge to chill. Once chill you can cut it into slices. It is a bit sticky, so you need to keep it in the fridge.
But it is yummy, and it is delicious! Perfect with a coffee or cup of tea.
Let me know if you try it,
Happy Cooking,
Melissa
